As a family run business we are dedicated to the safety of our workers.  We work together to provide a safe working environment.  Daily safety meetings and checks of personal protective equipment and work equipment help to ensure the safety of our employees.

Training is prevention.  Equipment and Safety training is given to all employees.  Employees are required to have a minimum of OSHA 10 hours training and Supervisors must have 40 hours OSHA training.

DOT approved drug and alcohol program is in effect at Gheen's Painting.  Pre-employment and random screening are enforced.
